I’m Alicia, a Senior Brand Designer with 13+ years of experience crafting impactful, memorable brands rooted in story and strategy.

I focus on creating design systems that feel intentional, cohesive, and easy to navigate. My process starts by getting clear on the goal, understanding the audience, and aligning with stakeholders on what success looks like. From there, I build, refine through iteration, collaboration, restraint, and attention to detail. I’m most interested in work that helps brands communicate with confidence and consistency.

I’ve worked with diverse and innovative clients across industries including finance, engineering, e-commerce, technology, small business, and nonprofit organizations. I thrive most when collaborating with talented teams and partners, and I’m passionate about mentoring young designers.
